As the largest owner/operator of shopping centers in this country, Kimco has extensive and specific needs in order to manage these properties. The idGroup, in particular Steve Tolerico, was contracted last year to provide concepts and ideas for the ICSC, Las Vegas Convention 2005, and fully exceeded our high expectations.
