Clearly you worked at all hours to meet our very short deadline. You took an almost impossible design problem and tackled it with creativity and speed. You caught numerous errors in our text, improved the writing, and delivered a beautiful product.
Thank you also for attending our communication conference in Williamsburg. You quickly became a key member of the team. Your expert technical advice was extremely helpful to all the National Park Service communications professionals throughout the Northeast.
