Combined Properties
Challenge: Create awareness that Combine Properties exists, has a pipeline of funds to develop or redevelop new properties, and is actively seeking acquisitions and joint venture opportunities. It was also a primary goal to convey that Combine Properties is able to adapt to any situation, would accept less than prime properties in prime locations and is flourishing as an institution.
Solution: Built the brand utilizing a pre-existing vivid stripe graphic that sets the client apart from the competition. By applying this to a simple metaphoric concept, we were able to successfully communicate adaptability, versatility and the ability to make deals happen.
